A University of Missouri department decided to charge Chinese students in-state tuition. The profs got an extra thousand dollars per year from Chinese gov’t for taking their students into their labs. One student had his exam answers written for him by his advisor professor. Same professor was invited to China after that student graduated, and received LOTS of gifts. Cash under the table? Probably.
