No cajones here. They fully understood how they would be slapped down in federal court where this would not have even made it out of the Ninth Dist, let alone SCOTUS.And some of these robes have hopes of better positions with the Fed bench.
Maybe they stepped in one pile of human feces too many, and came to their senses.
