There is a possibility that the democrats in the House will withdraw from impeachment in order to avoid having the Senate cross-examine their witnesses, along with others they refused to call, such as the whistleblower, little adam schiff, etc.
And, it might move into areas that would make the democrats squirm, since they won’t be in control.
However, such aggressive tactics requires the Republicans to want to draw blood, a sentiment that is foreign to their make-up.
This is where the Republicans start at the very beginning of the coup. Bring in the entire cabal and get them under oath. Lay out the whole ball of wax for the world to see once and for all. Two weeks my ass!!!

The HOR is not going to vote on or for impeachment. We have reached peak Schiff and peak impeachment, it will never make it to the Senate. Move on.
At this point, I’m not sure there is a way to out exculpatory evidence and dirty Dem dealings without a trial.
