The Mexican federal government announced the filing of a lawsuit in a U.S. court against Walmart for the August 3 mass shooting in El Paso, Texas. Mexico City claims the shopping center failed in providing necessary and reasonable security measures.
A U.S. law firm hired by Mexico’s Consulate in El Paso filed the lawsuit on behalf of 10 Mexican nationals who were victims in the attack. On August 3, a lone gunman entered the Walmart near the Cielo Vista shopping center targeting what he called “Hispanic invaders” in a manifesto. The man killed 22 and injured 24 more. Texas prosecutors filed capital murder charges against the alleged shooter.

The US should countersue Mexico for the thousands of Americans killed by illegal alien Mexicans.
Individual victims or their survivors may have a case, the Mexican government has no case.

So when do the hundreds of thousands of Texans, who have lost loved ones because of Mexicans being in Texas illegally, get to sue the Mexican government?
Close the border, stop all remittances to Mexico and tell them to go straight to Hell.

We’ve come a long way from “Mexico will pay for the wall.”
Mexico has bigger problems, like not being recognized as the failed state that it is. Besides, if Mexico wants to sue the United States for their citizens killed in our country, This could give the U.S. government reason to sue Mexico for our citizens killed in our country.
Don’t feel like going to war over Walmart, but damn, this chaps my hide.
