When do we get to file a lawsuit against Mexico for the tens of thousands of Americans murdered by Mexican citizens who invaded our country with malice?

Apparently Walmart’s craven reaction with guns and ammunition won’t spare them.

The US should countersue Mexico for the thousands of Americans killed by illegal alien Mexicans.

Individual victims or their survivors may have a case, the Mexican government has no case.

Mexican government admits 80% of its populated territory is run by cartels, including key border
Mexico’s murder rate is six times the US rate, but only about 1% of Mexicans are legally licensed

Mexico has bigger problems, like not being recognized as the failed state that it is. Besides, if Mexico wants to sue the United States for their citizens killed in our country, This could give the U.S. government reason to sue Mexico for our citizens killed in our country.
