I think you are right. There are two camps on this forum right now: 1 camp firmly with the President who thinks this will be the kill shot and the other who (like I) believe this will be a white-wash.
We will know soon enough.

The IG report will be ambiguous and the Rat media will spin it to their benefit.
However, the information gathered in the report may prompt indictments by Barr. Of course we know from long experience those indictments may take years to arrive.
