He gave the order in the Pardon. The tweet is a reminder as to exactly who is in charge.
If it is misunderstood then maybe they should check their
status of command.
I believe you are correct. I think Trump pardoned him, restored his rank and restored his SEAL status, all in one fell swoop. I have to admit I was shocked, when I saw the brass still essentially said it was going back to committee, or whatever they call it. After I thought about it for a bit, I thought Trump probably ain’t gonna like it. These chumps need to clear out their desks, and hit the road. That is insubordination.
