Admiral Green is in clear insubordination to the Commander in Chief! Article 134 of the UCMJ at the very least. I hope he views his TDS was worth losing his retirement. Oh and anyone else involved in this should also deal with the same consequences.
One way to discharge yourself is by promoting yourself that he is going to be demoted and retired in the media, but not before losing the confidence of the rest of the Seals.
Overriding a US President is a career ending proposition; especially for an Obama promotee.
