IOW, it doesn't matter if Trump loses Calif by 10,000 votes or 10 million votes. Same true for NY & IL. He could lose the national popular vote by 20m, and yet still come out with a higher EV total than 2016.
So, the key isn't electoral fraud per se, but preventing/managing electoral fraud in states that matter. That's why while I don't see Trump wasting his time in Calif, he's probably making damn sure that the tighter, keystone states are under strict scrutiny.

And just how is that going to happen? All of the states I mentioned, except California, are supposedly “red” states that were tipped to the Marxocrats in each election since Trump’s inauguration, with Virginia going totally “blue.” It’s time to wake up and smell the coffee or we’ll all be horribly shocked when rampant electoral fraud causes this country to install the next Hugo Chavez and become like Venezuela.
