Despite several years living through "the calm before the storm," it now appears that storm clouds are building on the horizon. Many of us are impatient and growing weary of "tick tock" bombshells that turn out to be firecrackers. Long promised "pain" for Deep State bad actors has turned out to be anything but, unless pain means being hired as an analyst at CNN or MSNBC.
Will December be the month the pincers close in on the Deep State? Some promising storm clouds are building. Justice Department inspector general Michael Horowitz will appear before Senator Lindsey Graham's Judiciary Committee on December 11, with the long promised I.G. report on FISA abuse to be released December 9.
The report is already being downplayed by the media, with the New York Times warning, "DOJ watchdog report expected to clear Comey, McCabe, and Strzok of bias in Trump-Russia probe." Okey-dokey, case closed. The storm will be only a light breeze — at least according to their "unnamed sources" and "officials familiar with the report."
What do those in the know say? Rep. John Ratcliffe, who has likely seen the report, says it is "likely to be damning." Former acting A.G. Matt Whitaker, overseeing the report creation while serving as A.G., believes that the I.G. report will be "most consequential." President Trump, certainly briefed on the report, said in a recent Fox and Friends interview that the report will be "historic."
Trump went farther: "They were spying on my campaign, and it went right to the top, and everybody knows it. They tried to overthrow the presidency. This is a disgrace."

In 2016 Trump ran against the DS. The democrats and media stooges laughed at the conspiracy nut. After a whole year of the DS proudly on parade on every major network during the impeachment scam, Trump can be the “I told you so” candidate. His message will resonate throughout the political landscape. Even the most low info voter will see the threat and realize Trump is a once in a lifetime opportunity to do something about it.
Agreed. Trump has convinced the majority that the Deep State is real and must be dealt with.
But he is only one man, and only gets eight years. The DS is vast and it’s tentacles have spread everywhere. Taking it down will be a long-term project.
Alot more than one man. Massive organization behind him whose size will shock you.

Most would agree that very few people know what’s in the report and those that have seen sections related to their role are spinning it as a nothing burger.
On the scale of nothing burger to catastrophic, I’ll guess it is closer to catastrophic. Reports are it is 500+ pages and took over a year to complete. It doesn’t make sense that it took so long to find nothing. Also, this report is about FISA abuse. I think it will be much close to catastrophic for FBI and DOJ leadership at the time and also include Rod Rosenstein.
Durham is the one to watch and that is what Trump was referring to.

Maybe NOT a nothingburger. But it’s also not going to break the power of the Deep State. There might be some minimal charges for a couple of coupsters. But more likely, “declined to prosecute” will appear near the end.
High six or seven figure jobs await anyone convicted, along with a complete pardon from the next dem prez.

We need to turn out massively to vote to beat their votes and the RATS’ voting fraud.

It will take the increasing percentage of us who no longer trust our institutions to finally decide to take things into our own hands, storm the Bastille, and construct the appropriate height shortening machines so that the country can be de-bureaucrated and politicianed.
Our government for all practical purposes is completely and utterly corrupt and is never going to prosecute itself. This report whatever it says will not be worth the paper it’s printed on.
Somehow, even the most rabid NeverTrumper must be convinced that the Deep State is as much of a threat to them as to us. How that is done will require a constant drumbeat of that message. Not just by President Trump, but by all of us.

Some will just think up a new, fresh hope to cling to.
While hope is not a strategy, I hope this is true. I fear not and am very concerned about where this is all leading. I would prefer to focus on my family, career and the ebbs and flows of life but the increasing anarchy of the left and the plague emanating from the urban population centers makes me fear what is coming. There will come a point......
No. The DS is a protected class in DC by both sides.
