I’ve had girls touch some parts of me without being specifically invited to, back in the day. I didn’t talk to the FBI about it.
I’ve actually had women I was not attracted to after drinking or Quaaludes tried to pull my pants down fondling me etc. or dry humping I didn’t feel the need to go to the police about it and I didn’t want to hurt their feelings but I wanted nothing to do with them sexually it was the 70s
I’ve never ever fondled a woman uninvited although as a 13-year-old we did allow ourselves to rub up against with our hands or forearms formerly flat-chested girls that we grew up with who suddenly had blossomed which of course made one feel very warm inside LOL I don’t think those girls Damaged by it we were playing roughhouse football with girls which always had that element of touchy-feely today that would probably be impossible
