We keep hearing Democrats are enraged about voter suppression. Isn’t this a type of suppression, if voters are denied choices of who to vote for?

I’m not sure how it works but many time the Conservative Party has the same candidate as the Republicans.

in order for political parties to maintain a guaranteed line on the state ballot, they must draw either 2 percent — or 130,000 votes — of the general election vote for governor or president every two years.

Figure out about how many votes they expect to get and then manufacture enough fraudulent ballots to make it over the line each time. Cuomo's New York!

Seems thoroughly unconstitutional to me. Though personally I think they should not even list political party affiliation on the ballot. Makes about as much sense as listing their religious congregation, country club membership, Kiwanis club etc.

Political party is a private organization. It has no place being listed on the ballot but if it does, then all parties should be allowed regardless of how many votes the party got last time.

IMO, they should list candidates names only. No other affiliations.
