There are teleprompters. I love the guy but the no shirt DeSantis story was a bit odd.
Well, he doesn't do the tennis viewer back and forth like obama did looking at the teleprompters.
I'm sure he threw the no shirt out there as a shiney ball for the press to chase. It was probably something simple such as them changing shirts while moving from one campaign stop to another in the hot Florida sun back during the election. But the press will chase that shiney ball.
