I must have missed the guilty verdict on indiscriminately murdering civilians or are accusations good enough for you?

As for the glinks that were accomplished by the legal system, none of that had anything to do with the charges that were finalized. When the prosecution malevolently and willfully disregards the rights of the defendant, the charges under the United States civil code and the UCMJ are to be dismissed - in this case, with prejudice (IMO). Gallagher was prosecuted for murder, whereas a colleague of his admitted on the stand to killing the illegal combatant during the trial. Because Gallagher did not murder the illegal combatant, the navy brass was going to further prosecute Gallagher out of embarrassment.
I cannot think of a single warfighter I know (including myself) that thinks the second-tier of prosecution and punishment is justice.

All I heard was this guy got falsely accused for killing an “enemy-combatant” (WTF else are you supposed to do with an enemy combatant? LOL), posed with what I guess was his birthday bro, and fought back against the JAG corps after they chucked him in the clink for 4 months until another guy told them he shot the birthday bro, I guess!

Where was their outrage when the Naval Criminal Investigative Service agents dragged my brothers kids in the street at gunpoint in their underwear? (A fact NCIS denied to this very publication until under oath admitted that, yes, they did drag my nephews nearly naked into the streets of San Diego when Ed wasnt home).Holy Crap!

Well, the brass and flags ordered the SEALs to kill terrorists - but win their hearts and minds by being Boy Scouts about it
So Eddie kinda ignored that and took a picture of what happens when a terrorist tried to kill his men

Have not heard a peep from the other POS Rear Adm Green
since Trump fired Spencer. Green should be the next to go.

Accusations from Navy Seal fighters are something I take pretty seriously. I don’t know about you, but I tend to believe our elite special forces soldiers. I guess to you they’re a bunch of scum.
To: babble-on
You would be wrong about that, but you sure picked an appropriate screen name.

“But taking a picture with a corpse, while ill advised...”
I was a small child during WWII. I still remember seeing thousands of bodies almost daily in the newspapers and magazines, also the newsreels were full of them. I don’t believe I was warped in any way by seeing them.

I believe many have run into some power-mad idiots of higher rank during service. I was able to beat some but I never forgot another really great young soldier who got used up and then unjustly kicked out by them.
I think President Trump just got the vote of almost everyone in the military - which means Democrats will be working extra hard again to exclude the military vote next election.

You make a great point.
President Trump is the exact opposite of 0bama when it comes to supporting the military and the vast majority of military will agree with the current POTUS on this over 0bama commuting the sentence of Manning.

What might be beneficial to good order and discipline is the public crucifixion Gallagher’s persecutors. Their carcasses could then be left to rot along Pennsylvania Avenue, much as the Romans used the Appian Way.
