Whoa, military action that actually serves American interests? Can we do that? I foresee bipartisan resistance to that idea. We need to be parsing the differences between “moderate rebels” and ISIS/ISIL/Al-Qaeda and worrying about the Kurds halfway around the world, not defending our own border.

I think democrats opposing the war, will be drawn into serious negativity by voters. Face it....in neighborhoods of SF, Seattle, Chicago, Philly....drug abuse is problem number one. You go into rural counties of Alabama, and the county law enforcement folks will say that more 2,000 locals are on heroin presently. The list go on and on.

I would agree that this war is going to create a serious distribution problem for the drug folks, and prices will triple by the end of 2020, if it’s a true war.
