This isn’t going before a court of law, it’s going before the House. And they can vote however they please. If they have the votes, they will impeach. It doesn’t sound like its going to be very bipartisan though.

In fact, the vote to give Schiff the impeachment inquiry hearings authority to begin with had NO Republican support.
After proving nothing but democrat unfairness in the whole process, I cannot see any Republicans getting on board at this point.
