Schiff is seriously mentally unstable. He has a serious mental issue of some sort. He is functional, but he is trying to hide a significant mental disorder. I wish I knew what he suffered from because he is certainly not all there mentally.
I don’t see it that way. He’s taking every inch of the political battlefield the GOP cedes to him. As long as he gets a green light from the GOP controlled Senate to continue this nonsense he will.

I will agree with that. As a Member of the House he is bound by the House Code of Conduct which among other things stipulates that a Member not engage in conduct un-becoming to the House of Representatives. Would his long trail of outright lies to the public not qualify as unbecoming conduct? Apparently their Code of Conduct is meaningless.
It may not have much significance but at the LEAST why have the Republican Members not filed a grievance on this and at least have it in the historical record?
