They got them from AT&T. The contents of the calls aren’t included. They just noted the caller, the recipient, and the duration of the call.

It’s worth noting that you don’t own your phone records. Read the fine print of your cell phone contract, and you’ll see that the phone company owns those records and can sell them or distribute them as it sees fit.
