One would hope that a person familiar with the decades-long failures of socialism in India would embrace the economic progress that increasing capitalism has recently brought to India.
I guess that, for some, protecting one’s superior “caste” is the most important thing.
Socialism always produces a caste with nearly unlimited power and a caste of peasants while destroying the middle class. It’s great if you’re the one living in the big house.
