With the help of a Senate majority, the number of Trump appointed judges is approaching 170. We are on the verge of possibly reversing judicial nonsense for a generation or two.
This is no time to rock the boat for trivial reasons. We have no Senators to spare and we should treat them well and give them no reason to become resentful or unsupportive.
