There are many times through this debacle that - in a sane and reasonable world - this WOULD have been over a looooong time ago.
I sometimes think we are too civilized.

I don’t have a TV, and rarely watch the News Videos online, but I watched this one. I was impressed with how organized Laura is in her presentation. Organized, professional and seemingly at ease. She had a lot of info to get out in only 7 minutes and a few seconds. Her videos were tightly coordinated with her narration. She even seemed to be having a good time. Nice.
I think I would have listed them if I had posted the article. At least I like to think I would have.

The dems from Uber Liberal districts and states are more than willing to sacrifice their colleagues from Trump country to save themselves and, are pressuring those dems to vote for Impeachment no matter what or else.
Word is, Pelosi held a meeting today and called the roll for Impeachment and not one dem voiced opposition to her.
Not even the two who have been reported by the media to be opposed. If the media reports can be believed.

I really don’t see that the Dems have a choice. They impeach now because the longer they drag it out the farther down their polls go. If they shelve it people will forget it and the base freaks out. If they pass articles of Impeachment, it’ll screw the senators in the campaign because of the trial. The turtle could drag it out till summer. If they’ve already picked the nominee who hasn’t been named yet screwing the candidates is no big deal. DJT better be careful, the Dems are insane and desperate.

I think it's the opposite.
Pelosi doesn't care who rules the House. She only cares about protecting the courts from a conservative takeover.
If liberals control the courts, it won't matter who controls the House.
