On Wednesday’s broadcast of Fox News Radio’s “Guy Benson Show,” Fox News Political Analyst and co-host and columnist for the Hill Juan Williams criticized that day’s impeachment hearing as “a distraction.”
Williams said, “I don’t think that this is informing the public about much of the facts in any way. Because I don’t think we have any fact-based witnesses or evidence being introduced. So, what this is about, I think, is, you have scholars engaged in scholarly discourse with regard to whether or not what we know so far, in their opinion, rises to an impeachable offense. That’s the best face I could put on it. But, in all honesty, I don’t see that this is — I think this is a distraction.”

The fact-based facade presented by the Democrats has become so obvious that now even Jaun can see through it. The Republicans didn’t have to make a single contribution.
Juan having second or third thoughts about this? He has been a rabid supporter of the process before.
What those hearings were about is the fact that arrogant Leftist liberal academics don’t seem to like President Trump very much.

Usually when there is a big event going on I see every democrat scrambling for the cameras so they can opine how terrible President Trump is.
I hardly see any of them doing it during the impeachment clown show.
Williams is dismissing the day because it ended up being a bad look for Democrat. The rest of what he said is just his attempt to obscure that reason.
If the Dems had facts, then they would not be wasting time on this.

No it isn’t, and he knows it. Since they have been at this for, at least, three solid years and can come up with nothing to impeach for, and it is not scholars that are doing this, then the only reason it is being done is to try to put second thoughts into the minds of 2020 voters.
Scholars? Not when it is being done by a group of people that are forcefully trying to change the determination of an election by dirtying the messengers and not using facts. That is being a thug. Scholars are supposed to be educated and wishing to advance things. This isn’t advancement.

If anyone truly thought there was even the slightest chance that Trump was going to be removed, the stock market would be chaotic as hell because of the uncertainty, the reality is, as I said, everyone with even a few neurons firing and isn’t suffering from TDS, knows this is nothing more than political theater that will not remove Trump from office.
