PA Game Commission just announced they can charge these two under the law even though it has not yet taken affect...and they plan to do so.

We don’t need a federal law against animal cruelty.
We don’t need a world population that could not care less about human suffering but goes ballistic about animals - including many on this forum.
We have plenty of laws in place for psychopaths like these two.

But doing this through a petition and the collection of signatures seems like the Chinese “social credit” problem. “We have decided that society doesn’t like you, therefore, we will punish you.”

The deer likely got hit by a car. The teens killing it by kicking it in the head was by far more merciful than it’s fate when coyotes found it that night.
Coyotes would have ate it alive.
My son was going to work one morning earlier in the fall and came upon a deer that had been hit by a car thrashing beside the road next to a school.
He pulled over with the intention of clubbing it in the head with a tire iron but stopped when he imagined the headline, “Man Beats Deer to Death on Side of Road While Horrified Children on a School Bus Watch.”

No, they shot it. Did you watch the video. It is sick and I have seen a lot of bad videos. I’m pretty hardened but what these boys did was beyond putting an animal out of it’s misery. Standing on it’s head, pulling off it’s antlers while still alive etc.
The boys kicked it in the head and the deer raised up it leg and rubbed it’s head nearly killed me in side.
