The White House on Friday signaled it will not participate in future impeachment proceedings in the House and called on House Democrats to end their impeachment inquiry.
White House counsel Pat Cipollone, responding to a 5 p.m. deadline set by Democrats, wrote in a letter to the Democratic chairman of the House Judiciary Committee that it would be a “reckless abuse of power” for House Democrats to adopt articles of impeachment and “would constitute the most unjust, highly partisan, and unconstitutional attempt at impeachment in our Nation's history.”
“House Democrats have wasted enough of America's time with this charade,” Cipollone wrote in a one-page letter to Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.).

This is making the Democrats look terrible going into the 2020 elections. The American people are getting a good look at just how immature the Democrats are and how misplaced their priorities are when there are serious problems that need their attention.
To the voters, this is less about the corruption and more about who is acting like a grownup and focusing on what they were elected to do - and the Democrats are not. They are acting like a jilted boyfriend trying to win the girl back the wrong way.
You aren’t going to win the girl back by saying nasty things about the other guy and sneaking around eavesdropping and trying to take compromising photos. It just makes you look like a weirdo stalker.
While the Democrats have remain obsessed with their witch hunts, President Trump has been keeping promises and the American people are getting used to him as President.
The sky isn’t falling, he’s not starting wars, the economy is solid - there is no way the voters will want to try one of these ass hat Democrats when things are already OK - especially when they are all acting batshit crazy.

Impeachment is a politic and constitutionally mandated action of the House of Representatives.
There is no place for the executive branch in House Impeachment activities.
