Unfortunately I cannot agree that it states the matter clearly, I wish it did. I am 75 and was taught in grade school that only someone who is the offspring of TWO people who are American citizens at the time of his birth and who is born on American soil is a natural born citizen. I don’t see that stated in the constitution though.
