Yes, he obviously had ties to the world’s largest terrorist group - Islam.
For someone who was determined to kill Americans and watched videos about mass shootings, this guy didn’t do a very good job. There are more Saudis detained than fatalities; God bless the men who helped stop this rampage, and comfort their families.

However... considering situations like this one, also the one with the jihadist psychiatrist who went on a shooting spree at Fort Bliss... (one doesn't recall his name... rot in prison like a nobody, a$$hole...) and especially the dozens of incidents overseas where some wrong guy who's been trusted with a weapon decides to kill him some infidels...
Can't someone set a policy that allows for at least SOME, but preferably everyone, to have and to discreetly carry a personal defense weapon if they're in daily contact with possible jihadist @$$#013$ like this dead m*? Just a .22 auto would suffice in the absence of anything else.
