Judge Hale wrote, ... “However, HB 2 does not advance those interests and impermissibly interferes with physicians’ First Amendment rights.” What about the patient's FA rights? I guess the "judge" is more interested in furthering Leftist beliefs that adhering to the Constitution.

This particular judge is an Obama appointee who previously ruled that President Trump could be held personally liable to a plaintiff who had claimed to have been roughed up by Trump supporters.
That case was reversed on appeal as well.
