There is one; it just isn’t PC, but it is 100% effective. You know what it is as well as I do. Oh, right. I forgot about that one. But it's a shame there isn't a simple method for preventing AIDS besides that obvious one. I meant something that stops AIDS but does not require any personal responsibility.
