Horowitz should be CHARGED with Obstruction of Justice. What he just did was CRIMINAL.
I think Horowitz figured “they can shoot me now, or shoot me later” - so he opted for getting shot later, after Durham’s report comes out.
Horowitz should be fired for this and the fact that Comey faced no charges.
