If they deceived the Judges, that means they did it deliberately. So what other reason would you have to deliberately deceive the Court, in order to get FISA warrants approved, than the fact that you have a bias against the person/persons you want to surveil?
I just caught a minute of Rachel Madcow. She was elated because the IG report said there was definitely a reason to investigate Russia Russia Russia and that there was no political bias.
