Of course that’s kind of the whole point of our form of government, for one co-equal branch to obstruct another if they don’t agree.
But Rat’s never did like that. They believe one branch is superior to the others. Not any particular one, just whichever one they happen to control at the time.

I am not a very religious person. I just try to do the right thing when faced with a problem.
And I am NOT trying to compare our President with the Lord, but I can’t help thinking that the Democrat Party reminds me of the mob, all those years ago, screaming
“Give us Barrabas!”

Nancy thinks that Congress is equal to the Executive Branch but that cannot not be so.
They may be a check on the Presidency but in the same breath, the Presidency can veto any bill.
And there is absolutely no check on the Judicial Branch.

This has no legal standing. It never been adjudicated
As one Freeper pointed out, Trump could simply counter claim “Obstruction of Governance” and send it to the Courts to adjudicate.

can’t wait til this hits the senate. Seriously, I always knew the dems were idiots...but taking these milk toast articles to the senate for a trial is akin to the dems collectively strapping on a suicide belt.
It’s such a telegraphed political error I’m almost inclined to believe they are up to something ....playing 4d chess.

They’re in a race to get this pile out the door.
Before Christmas is now the goal. Meanwhile, jobs are plentiful, unemployment lowest in 50 years, wages are up, stores are jammed with happy holiday shoppers, stock markets are testing all-time highs, a trade truce with China is imminent, etc etc etc...and this stupid farce is going on in full view of American voters. There will be hell to pay for this nonsense come November.
