If I were Trump, I would say, 'I will forego a Senate Trial if and only if, Pelosi, Schiff and Nadler agree to sign, and declare under the penalty of perjury, an Agreement of Affirmative Defenses:
- Vindman called Ciaramella and said 'you report this, I'm under UCMJ'
- Schiff met Ciaramella before the report filing
- Schiff hired Misko to alter the reporting form
- Schiff discussed how to shape Vindman's reporting with Ciaramella and Misko
- Pelosi then met with Schiff and they agreed to cut Nadler out of everything but the necessity of producing the Articles in his Committee
- Pelosi was also then made fully aware of all of the foregoing conspiracy between Schiff, Ciaramella, and Vindman
- All 3 must agree with the conclusion of the Mueller Report that there was no collusion with Russia
- All 3 must agree that the Ukrainian call does not rise to an impeachable offense
