Border wall construction continues south of Mission despite temporary restraining orders granted in both state district and federal court.
Last Thursday, a federal judge granted a temporary restraining order enjoining Fisher Industries, the organization We Build the Wall, and Neuhaus & Sons from continuing construction of a private stretch of border wall along the banks of the Rio Grande in an area near RGVBentsen State Park.
And just days before, on Dec. 3, state District Judge Librado Keno Vasquez granted a TRO against the group after the National Butterfly Center filed a separate suit in his court...
Just days after the federal TRO was granted, adjacent landowners noticed work continuing unabated on the private border wall construction.

New approach for the foundations as well:
I will be interested to see if they pour some marine mix concrete to stabilize the riverbank into a continuously running boat ramp, as early design drawings indicated. That would strongly contradict claims that their work would divert water, or change the course of the river. Foreman Mike mentioned in a recent video that they were grading the riverbank on a 1 to 5 slope.
I expect they will lay concrete patrol road, as they did for their first project - Fisher has been promoting concrete road as part of their proposals.
Riverine. That’s a new one. I’ve always used riparian, but riverine clearly states its own meaning.
I think riparian might be the better term for the environment. Riverine is used in the context of the type of Military operations suited for rivers.
Good - ignore the black-robed tyrant.
I have an idea. Just do it anyway. No one will stop you because we dont have laws in this country. Ask your supporter to donate enough money to hire about 1000 Antifa thugs. As long as you pay them, theyll rough up anyone you say. Its all about the money with those guys. Make a scene, throw a few rocks, talk on bull horns. Put out a general call to supporters to come defend the wall. Kill a butterfly while your at it. Make a general cry for help. Call Al shapton and have a March..make a scene
I LOVE it
For your interest, Fisher seems to be incorporating some new features/techniques, for building along the edge of the Rio Grande. Although inland from where hurricane storm surge could hit, they could get powerful flooding from hurricane rainfall, at the same time of year (July/August) that monsoons typically raise the river level.
Wanted to see if you had had any thoughts on what is visible so far.
I am searching for a concept drawing that I saw before, which indicated that they intended to make the bank like a boat ramp - not sure if that was going to simply be graded. or if it was going to concrete as well.
Another Globalist ruling for his team.
Crane was confirmed by the United States Senate on March 18, 2002, on a vote of 910 and received his commission on March 19, 2002.

Interesting. Thanks!
I’ve had it - they want a war they can have one.
Judge Crane was the Federal Judge (Bush appointee), that the Government IBWC (International Boundary and Water Commission) went to (all construction in the flood plain is supposed to get IBWC review and approval first).
They will appear before Judge Crane this Thursday.
The other Judge is the State District Judge Librado Keno Vasquez, an elected Democrat, who the Leftist Butterfly Center folks went to. his hearing is not until the 17th.
The project plan was to complete the whole 3.5 miles by 15 January.
“ignore the black-robed tyrant.”
I don’t know how they are playing it. One report said that they had not been served notice of any court order, so they keep driving on.
“...How many divisions does the Pope judge have?...”
Exactly......NONE!!
And the ‘rule of law” has long since gone out the window in this country so just ignore these communist, anti-American, black-robed SOBs and carry on.
Cant argue that.
Freedom sometimes does what it wants to.
Sometimes it does what is necessary.
A picture is worth a thousand words. And thanks for continued updates on Wall progress.
Not. TRO = Trump Restraining Order, not Temporary Restraining Order.
