As long as Biden, Sanders, and Warren are in the race, Hillary can't enter without blowing up the party for good. None of those three are going to endorse her if she does that.

Even if Hillary can manage to bump off Uncle Joe before the primaries and entered the race, she would likely have to contend with a huge contingent doing a 3rd party run. There isn't much for Hillary except the potential of a brokered convention and selection there with some kind of "unity ticket".
