Joe Biden is stepping into some pretty murky waters here, he did not even have the luxury of skating out on thin ice.
Like the creature from the Black Lagoon, Joe emerges from the depths with only malice in mind.
If only to speak in his own defense, Joe would be properly advised to comply with the subpoena. But Joe being Joe, probably better for him if he does NOT show up and open his mouth.

The President has executive privilege. Joe Biden doesnt.
At the time in question, biden was VP under obama. biden is covered by obumber's EP. Otherwise the house could just bring in bolton and Trump's former COS.

The only testimony needed from joe is already on video.
Yeah, the Senate Republicans can just play that on an endless loop.

He cannot refuse to appear. But he can appaer and take the 5th. As a former VP, he may not be allowed to plead the 5th to some questions.
If Joe wants to be dragged in by US Marshall, he’s got a good start on it.

Bring Rudy in to testify about Ukraine. If Joe doesn’t want to respond, so be it.

Unlike Hillary, I would believe Joe if he said “I can’t recall.”

Tough guy act is a not going to work joe after you suck your wifes fingers at a speech.
I think Conservativetreehouse.com is right, there won't be any subpoenas or hearings. There will be an immediate vote to dismiss.........

Im not a lawyer, but Im pretty sure Biden cannot hide behind executive privilege if hes questioned about his own statements that are now in the public domain because theyve been posted all over the internet for months.
