Your comment is disgusting and reflects the poverty of your mind. He will follow the law just as he would for any other.
You are a bigot to reduce a human being to a caricature without knowing them.

Bumatay’s past and current membership in radical gay activist groups including Tom Homann LGBT Law Association (THLA), DOJ Pride, and Log Cabin Republicans, raises questions.

These radical groups fight to pass anti-religious liberty laws and work to place activist judges on the bench. Their goal is to force Christians to abandon their religious faith and surrender to the homosexual agenda. Tom Homann LGBT Law Association. This association that Bumatay is a member of opposed the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).

Are you may be a member of one of these groups.

Bumatay joined a local LGBT Law Association in 2017.

I looked at the website when he was nominated to see what the primary focus of the organization was and if the attacks on him were justified. While the website states it supports Gay & Lesbian Issues it appears to be primarily a networking vehicle for candidates for public offices & organizations. 90% of the announcements are of this type.

An article on the recent bakers court decision is fairly measured in tone. All individuals are entitled to equal treatment under the law and wanting to protect gays rights while respecting the rights of others is very different than trying to advance homosexuality.

Just because I find certain behaviors abhorrent doesn’t mean I would try to force my beliefs on them any more than I want their beliefs forced on me or my children. Parents need to take back their rights to pass on their moral & spiritual beliefs to their children and reinstate need for consent by parents before BC is dispensed or procedures performed on their children. Parents should have the right to speak their mind about the dangers and undesirability of the Gay lifestyle while respecting the right of individuals to make that choice.

The Liberals have seized control by infiltrating schools & local Governments. Many of them are gay/lesbian etc but many heterosexual liberals are just as poisonous in targeting children and robbing their innocence. I would not equate the work of the Tom Homann Law Association with this kind of activism any more that Italian cultural clubs equate with the mob. Sexuality is a small part of what makes a person, someone who excels in law school, strives hard, works in demanding Government & private positions.

I don’t have the answers but I am unwilling to accept second class citizenship for LGBT Americans who are contributing members of our Nation especially not reliable Conservatives. We need to be just as sure that our parental and religous rights & freedoms are respected.

PS I am a woman with 4 grown children married to the same man since 1976, monogamy all the way.
I refuse to watch TV shows that promote the gay lifestyle and have stopped watching several series I otherwise enjoyed when the writers decided to prove how woke they were. Recent movies where characters I have liked were queered are not something I support.
OTOH I believe we are endowed by our creator with free will and I would not write off another human being for making a choice outside of my acceptance. I take people as a gestalt, a sum of how they present, honest, responsible, personable, above all conservative. There are shows and life situations where I respect and am concerned for people who are LGBT because the bottom line is they are people first.

I have no problem treating people with respect as people. But I get cautious about appointing certain groups to positions of power where their life choices are likely to affect future decisions. I’ve seen too many conservative judges who have changed their in later years.

Blessings.
