Article 1. Abuse of power. Describes Congress perfectly.

Article 2. Contempt of Congress. When one of the three branches of government disagrees with another, they go to the third for redress. This should be settled by the Judicial branch, not by impeachment.

Article 2. Contempt of Congress.

Actually, Article 2 is about Obstruction of Congress. To me, that is actually one of the responsibilities of the Executive Branch when Congress is out of control.
