Republicans need to hammer Horowitz on his “political motive” conclusion - i.e., that he could only conclude there was a political motive if someone confessed to it.

The facts laid out in the IG report give Carter Page sufficient evidence to sue the DOJ for a billion dollars. His refusal to do this is mystifying, unless he knows he can’t do this because he was COMPLICIT in the whole charade.
