Published just a day before the election, this is likely to be spectacularly wrong.

Potentially rich comic material for mocking the fake news.

Actually not ...

there are online adverts that claim to reference doctors/nurses from NHS, firefighters etc. They claim that BoJo and the conservatives are looking to ‘literally’ kill british citizens.

If not for the evilness of the approach, you would have to admire their political talents

So what? The real issue is Brexit. I believe the Tories win easily with 50 seats.

Media ... paying for fake polls that just happen to drive election eyeballs to ... media.

No different from movie trailers.

When do polls open and close in UK?
UK polling stations will open at 7am on election day and close at 10pm.

Polling stations are usually located in public buildings like schools or local halls.

RED Jeremy and ALL of his disgusting Labour Party are Hitlerian Anti-Semites!

Yes, yes, I know the net rules about saying such a thing; however, what I posted is 100% factual and I didn't call him "HITLER".

They also started the idiotic rumor that Bpjo would "sell the NHS" to Trump ( which is patently ridiculous in the extreme ! )and/or close it down. Pure, unalloyed BS!

Labour is also anti-BREXIT!

And they are even pro-terrorists; from the IRA to the Muslims!

Why anyone would vote for these stinking COMMIES, is beyond me, but there are apparently a lot of very stupid people in the UK; as well as here in the USA.

Of course the Guardian is all in for RED Jeremy and Labour, so are a lot of stupid remoaners and Millennials; but, as we all know, polls really don't mean much anymore.

Some gotcha bs with some alleged kid not having a bed in an ER is making the rounds.

I think Johnson will win but falling short is not out of the question (nor is a big majority).

If CNN says the Tories will lose seats then it’s a safe bet that the Tories will GAIN seats.

That’s good news for UK independence from the Fourth Reich!!!

Polls are meant to shape public opinion, not measure it.

“Are you voting Democrat or are you a despicable?”

It is spectacularly wrong. 68 majority looks very plausible right now

“Polls are meant to shape public opinion, not measure it.”

Once again, Fake News CNN is caught in the act. They tried to say (gaslight) that Conservative gains were narrowing to 28, from the projected 68 - the very day before people went to the polls.

We called it here: “spectacularly wrong.
Potentially rich comic material for mocking the fake news.”

ABC News reports today: “With just one seat left to be declared, the Conservative Party won 364 seats, giving them a majority in Parliament of 78 — the largest majority they have secured since 1987, when Margaret Thatcher was prime minister.”

All that remains, is to mock them for the transparently lying shills that they are.

“68 majority looks very plausible right now”

Indeed!

As of the last report I saw on ABC (December 13, 2019, 7:54 AM on the East Coast), they had a 78 seat majority, with only one more seat left to be determined.

The (Socialist) Labour Party got smashed - their worst electoral performance since 1935.

As the majority Party, the Conservatives can determine if any early elections are held, or not. With such a strong governing majority, they are very unlikely to risk that - so Conservatives will likely run the UK through the next scheduled election, in 2024.

After the fixed term parliamentary act you need 66% of parliament to call for early elections
