In 2005, the Bush administration jailed NYT journalist Judith Miller for 85 days when she refused to reveal her sources to acting Attorney General James Comey's appointed Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald, who was investigating the Valerie Plame leak (Attorney General John Ashcroft recused himself).

Levin just said that anyone who says that about Trump is lying. Then he started listing all the presidents who have jailed reporters, shut down newspapers, sicced the IRS on reporters and newspapers. List included Hussein Obama.
