Today we are faced with the possible destruction of our God given and constitutionally protected rights in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
But we are not going to back down, we are not going to quietly submit, and instead fight back using every means at our disposal.
The Virginia State Constitution provides a means to recall an elected official, even the Governor, for a trial in the Circuit Court, determining if the official has violated their oath of office.
The Virginia State Constitution is very clear, in Article 13 it states-
That a well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defense of a free state, therefore, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; that standing armies, in time of peace, should be avoided as dangerous to liberty; and that in all cases the military should be under strict subordination to, and governed by, the civil power.
In his efforts to disarm law abiding citizens, Governor Radical Ralph Northam has clearly violated his oath of office.
We need 405,000 signatures to enact the recall procedure, so we desperately need your help to reach that number.
If you are not willing to submit to tyranny in the state that secured our liberty, you need to act today!
Please sign the petition below and share it with all of your friends:
Whereas, The 13th Article of the Virginia State Constitution declares that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; and
Whereas, The Virginia State Code, sections 24.2-233 to 24.2-238 provides for the recall of Governor Ralph Northam; and
Whereas, Governor Ralph Northam has declared his intent to violate Article 13 of the Virginia State Constitution ;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, We, the undersigned citizens of the great Commonwealth of Virginia, refuse to permit Governor Northam to violate his oath of office and the State Constitution.
Be it further resolved, We, the undersigned citizens of the great Commonwealth of Virginia exercise our right to demand a recall trial of Governor Ralph Northam.

How about impeachment? Will that work in Virginia?
Good on them.
It would seem that with all the cities and counties in Virginia declaring themselves 2nd Amendment sanctuaries that this has a good chance of succeeding. I wish them well.
good for you I hope it works.
I own property in VA, where do I sign?
Never mind it’s at the link. This is why I ought not be posting at 3:30 AM. ;)
Good Move, Virginia...do it....NOW!!!
“I own property in VA, where do I sign?”
The link is under the title but here is another copy:

They have a field for “State” so I guess non-Virginians can sign but I don’t know how much good their signatures will do.
Non-Virginians should NOT sign as their signatures will be invalid!
The petition will have to be ratified.
Need to keep the number of invalid signatures low to help ensure the timely ratification of the petition.
Also need to keep invalid signatures low so that the seditionist cannot use invalid signatures in an effort to stop the petition.
This is the proper first step to reigning in Northam and the rest of the seditionist.
It will not be easy, EVERY VA gun owner and patriot needs to sign this.
Perhaps the organizers could set up a companion statement of support for the out of state folk, so long as that would not get in the way of the real effort.
He’s a reckless, dangerous #.
if this many people voted for Ed Gillespie, we would not have to deal with this.
He’s sick.
Pro-infanticide, pro-tyranny.
The Democrats control both houses of the legislature. Impeachment is out of the question but passing plenty of stupid new laws is a certainly.
All it will take is one crony judge to rule all signatures invalid. Then send the cops to the addresses of all the signers as a first step and warning to all others.
Thanks. Done.
I think you should always give stuff like this a chance. It would be a shame to just have to kill him.
LOL
