No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Sadly, it won’t interest the Virginians, for they are predetermined toward a path of self-destruction.

I don’t think the Va state constitution allows this.
What Va statues there are on this are very vague. It might be easier “legally” to recall state legislature members.

It is all the aliens from other nations and states who control Northern VA and suck on the Federal teat in addition to our Virginia Marxists who live in Richmond, Roanoke, Charlottesville and Tidewater. Numerically they have taken over the Commonwealth.
It’s the invaders in the North that have given them the majority - and there is little we can do.
If you want to see Virginians, look at all the localities who have declared themselves “2A Sanctuaries)!
Hopefully Northam’s and the Dems over-reach will so raise the ire of Virginians who let them get in office will kick them out at the next election......

Doubt it. Democrats control both houses of the Virginia Legislature. Do you think they would take any action to remove a Democrat governor over proposed gun control legislation?
GO VIRGINIA! Dump the Soros backed Governor, Ralph Northam. Take back your State and your Constitution. Make it clear to the rest of the liberals that Virginia will not tolerate an attack on your rights as peaceful citizens.

True. A few democrat Nazis sitting in state prison for 10 to 15 years will make the rest reconsider what they’re doing. Matter of fact, they don’t even come around here to the south anymore.
