Can I ask a stupid question?
Is Fox so sensitive about being labeled as a conservative or Trump supporting organization, that they want to show they are fair and balanced?
So in this case, are they trying to show their polls show Trump is unpopular?
Maybe a stupid question, but it seems that some polls are not exactly scientific. Some seem to oversample the liberal side, and some polls, such as “push” polls, are set up to deliver a certain result.

Interviews were conducted December 8-11, 2019 among a random national sample of 1,000 registered voters (RV). Landline (221) and cellphone (779) telephone numbers were randomly selected for inclusion in the survey using a probability proportionate to size method, which means phone numbers for each state are proportional to the number of voters in each state
