Five African-American students seen pummeling a 14-year-old white boy on a school bus in a video released last week have been charged with misdemeanor battery.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office said the State's Attorney's Office "stated that this incident does not meet criteria for a hate crime."

Hate crimes are designations used to distinguish from those other crimes that are committed against a person out of love.

Hate is not a crime but assault is. hate crime legislation is just another way to get criminals off.

The media and left will tell you the kid who was beaten was guilty of the hate crime. He triggered these innocent black kids by wearing that racist hat. Absolutely no sarcasm on my part either, its the America that poor white kid is living in.
But, instead of getting all riled up about black on white crime; instead of forming protests for equal treatment for victimized whites; it's always crickets chirping.
