The oligarchs and their club steal it from the people and their public assets in Ukraine just as they did in Russia. It is a club of elites and few are in it.
They’ve probably stolen the gold in our Ft Knox too. Perhaps Jeffrey Epstein and his blackmail plan helped in that respect. Was it ever audited? I don’t trust our media or government or those who steal it.
