I see Schumer’s demand as just another step in the plan worked out months ago for this sham. That is why they would not go to the courts in the House inquiry; they knew they would try this and scream “fixed” trial.
Don’t give in. Only defense witnesses can be called and the House can recall any of their inquiry witnesses only if they meet the “no hearsay”rules of evidence.
This may be a defense to the Media artillery barrage they seem to be trying to get started up.
