“I worked for four years as a lawyer with/for Rosemary Collyer in a previous position of hers (nominated by President Reagan and confirmed by the Senate). I have utmost respect for her.”

I read her FISA decision from April 2017 and thought it was very important. What do you make of all this?

"The frequency with which representations made by FBI personnel turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession, and with which they withheld information detrimental to their case, calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable."

Yes, and Carter Page was specifically assigned, as he had been previously as a loyal American when on business in Russia and elsewhere paid to observe Russian activities he was able to pick up on and pass along to his contractor.. the C)!(A.

Page was “sacrificed” by the direct action of Klinesmith in order to create the “American of Interest” who is constantly in touch with foreigners (ie. Russians).

As you have said— he was a “conduit” that was “dirtied” up to sell the FISA court on the warrant and not for just 1 time. And the “Hop and Skip” abuse is CURRENTLY in use in the over 1000 approved FISA warrants last year ALONE!
This is a tool, not to protect the US (though it may be in some cases)— it is a tool to PROTECT the C)!(A above all others surveilling INSIDE THE USA, and using the FBI’s “counterintelligence” function to do this for DEVIOUS reasons. In this case— the furtherance of the obamaumao “transformation” of the USA into a surveillance STASI state for him and his fellow totalitarian muslim marxists. TO PROTECT THEM.

It put the country in danger, and is still doing so. First witness.... Admiral Rogers.

Who knows about HAMR software and it’s use in domestic surveillance. Which, in this case the democrat Leftists LOVE because it is their surveillance. How they would howl if it was used against them! This is the same idea of a democrat getting us into a ‘good’ war like the ISIS debacle was intended. At root of it all is a ruling mil-industrial-and surveillance state to justify their continuing siphoning of US taxpayer’s hard earned money— for their own “ruling class”. And the “julius caesar” of the common man— obamaumao perhaps still has copies of all the data. He should be prosecuted, for if he is not, much worse may happen to him and his pals.

Hey, judge, here’s a shock, how about some contempt of court orders for perjury? You know, things in your power which is supposed to counter the power of the executive branch?

Yeah, not going to hold my breath waiting for that one.

A softball response to the internal question: “What if they learn we were in on it?”

Exactly what I keep ranting...the FISA court knew all along that the warrant applications were baseless, but they just knew Trump would never be elected and that the court was immune after he was sworn in.
Plus, having a gutless nobody, chief justice Roberts, overseeing the court, it was certain that nothing would happen.

The federal government only rewards failure. It punishes performance and efficiency.

I think if pressed for actual records, one may find the FISA court does not maintain any. No transcripts or docket entries.

Just an elite ruling class quietly rubber stamping anything asked for. It should be called the Wink-n-Nod division of the federal court system.

ver seen such a group of tone-deaf people in MY life as those involved in this coup attempt. It's a freak show parade with some playing John P. Souza music, some playing Dolly Parton, and the others playing Led ZEPELLIN music. WITH bagpipes. All at the same time. But each group thinks they're doing s great job. Because they can only hear their own section. They are so mesmerized with themselves they don't see the wall they are marching toward That's where we are. Watching them marching to certain doom and destruction.... Please pass the 🍿

That "Boom Boom" part is a two-drinker -- but it's repeated many times in the song, so I don't know how many drinks that adds up to!        :-)

At the end of the day, this entire affair simply comes down to a global criminal syndicate going about their business. I call it "aundzer zakh", which is Yiddish for "our thing". Like the cosa nostra, these players aren't necessarily traitors, but merely self interested criminals who have certain well developed strategies and tactics to eliminate any interference and/or oversight.

The problem for many on the right - as well as supposedly "ethical" leftists who readily buy into the lie thereby proving themselves to be the very definition of the useful idiots they are - is they react in an emotional manner. To many patriots, it's all about freedom, honor, ethics, morality, legacy, loyalty etc, which puzzles the aundzer zakh since they are devoid of these feelings.

So, my suggestion is evaluate the enemy from a more dispassionate perspective. It does no one any good to go running in a headlong charge directly into machine gun fire. Satisfying, sure as you drunkenly run screaming across open ground, until you (momentarily) feel the bullet blowing through your skull.

No, it's best to understand and evaluate what we're dealing with here, and mount an effective offensive scheme that kneecaps their very ability to siphon off $billions from the annual $multi-trillion capital/taxation/spending flows. It's how good old Al Capone was brought down and it's how the aundzer zakh can be brought to heel.

That’s what happens when a Democrat from Chicago runs the executive branch for eight years! It’s the Chicago Way, weaponize the government against your enemies.

It has that potential, we shall see how it plays out. Is that impossible for them to divert into some of the other cases either in the past or future to find out what was wrong and potential he get certain things overturned due to the abuse of the FBI. It is not uncommon at the state and local level to get Cases overturned in court with lawyers for the defendants find out the government did not follow the correct processes.

"withheld information detrimental to their case"

Almost makes it seem like obstruction of justice.

Collyer is part of the swamp - this is absolutely meaningless; the only way anything will be corrected is either the FISC is disbanded or these judges are impeached.
