I think what they are trying to say is...
“FBI agents should invite us to more parties.”
To: Magnatron
“Come up with solutions...”
Yeah, I’d like to ask the local drug dealers to come up with solutions that will deter them from breaking the law...
To: Magnatron
Solutions?
A bench warrant and U.S. Marshals arresting all the signatories to the applications would be a starting solution.

Certainly it doesn’t include firing all people mentioned and involved. Although that would be a good first step.

More here than meets the eye. This about as strongly worded that it gets before evidence and argument gets presented to the court. The ticking times bomb is the reference to other cases. When cops are shown to be dirty there can be efforts to reopen other cases. This is potentially a massive problem for the FBI/ DOJ

Arrests would be a good starting, process sustaining, and preventative, solution.

You can’t falsify FISA warrant applications if you are in prison.

There are multiple orders from FISC to FBI and others to "tell us how you'll make sure this doesn;t happen again."
The answer disappears into the same black hole that is FISC.
The government lies for a living, so does FISC.

Oh, wow! The horse is out. Close the barn door!
How about arresting, trying, convicting, and punishing the guilty?! That’s what a real judge would do.

The order, from the court's presiding judge Rosemary M. Collyer, ... ...and still no public response from the fabulous Chief Justice Dread Pirate Roberts who oversees the FISA Court.

FISA warrants are not used in criminal cases. FISA exists just in case one ever has to be used in a criminal case, but I think the rate of useage is like one out of 30,000.
FISA is a sham, likely unconstitutional hindrance on executibve, and ironically, also enables crap like this wehre FBI can perform a felony snoop then get a legal defense from the court.
Shut it down.
