FISA warrants are not used in criminal cases. FISA exists just in case one ever has to be used in a criminal case, but I think the rate of useage is like one out of 30,000.

FISA is a sham, likely unconstitutional hindrance on executibve, and ironically, also enables crap like this wehre FBI can perform a felony snoop then get a legal defense from the court.

It has that potential, we shall see how it plays out. Is that impossible for them to divert into some of the other cases either in the past or future to find out what was wrong and potential he get certain things overturned due to the abuse of the FBI. It is not uncommon at the state and local level to get Cases overturned in court with lawyers for the defendants find out the government did not follow the correct processes.
