During a stunning interview last Sunday Devin Nunes called for the FISA court to be deconstructed. In my opinion it was that statement, not the IG report, that spurred FISC Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer to make a public order today.
Today, hours after Judge Collyer released her order, Devin Nunes responded to the review of the FISC by stating, accurately, Judge Collyer doth protest too much.
In this interview Devin Nunes outlines his February 2018 notification to the FISC about the specific fraud upon the court; and as a result of that (and a follow-up) notification, Nunes again takes the FISC to task for saying they were not aware. Collyer was aware because Nunes told her.

Despite the media ignoring the scale of Nunes prior statements, this is not some just some arbitrary representatives’ opinion. Nunes was Chairman of the HPSCI when he informed the court of the abuse; and he is currently the ranking member of the same committee.
It is not a signal flare from the ranking member of the HPSCI to call for a structural removal of FISC authority. This is a nuclear blast from the primary person who previously guided the FISA re-authorization that permits the court’s existence.

If FISA courts are lawful, provide the USConstitutional references which allow DC to create such creatures.

Regardless of the legislative vote ratio, creating legal FISA courts requires an amendment to USConstitution. It fundamentally changes what DC can legally do.

If the FISA judge who granted the warrants was NOT complicit in this fraud, he or she, upon first hearing that they had been lied to in order to obtain the warrant, would have called those what done the lyin’ in front of the bench, and summarily thrown them in jail. The fact that this took severe provocation from Nunes to elicit this wimpy, putrid response says the judge, and this supervising judge, are involved in the conspiracy.
We need them to be in jail so we can be safe.

In an ordinary court, if a lawyer knowingly submitted false evidence and is caught, wouldn’t a judge have the power to immediately throw them in jail?

They are corrupt. Nunes points out that he told them last year of the problems, and they did nothing.
Dissolve FISC. They are corrupt and they are not fulfilling the mission for which they were formed. Instead, their secret power has been turned against innocent U.S. citizens for political gain.

Too many judges in DC are either hardcore Democrats/leftists, anti-Trump or incompetent. The DC Circuit Court of Appeals has always been, until recently, far left.
Logic, facts, and following procedures have not been a criteria to follow for many for a long time. Clinton helped corrupt the courts with his appointments and the Bushes never understood the legal warfare being waged against them re court judge nominations. The Left did and won most of the time.
Fortunately Trump and surprisingly McConnell, understand the battle for “the legal soul of America” and the Constitution, and are waging a relentless nomination war against the Left, and winning.
If they can turn the 9th and 4 Circuits to at least the center, if not the Constitutional Right, then America will be a lot safer from neo-Marxist/leftist, anti-Constitutionalist judges.
