There used to be MEN only club rooms. Where dark furnishings and cigars were common. Dark wood walls, and club chairs, bottles of scotch. Women demanded entry because they wanted to break down the separations and get access to the deals and networking that were made in these exclusive clubs. Now the roles are reversed.
